Reset my profile password
To reset your Music Choice password, follow the steps below:
Visit https://goto.musicchoice.com/account and select "Forgot your password?"
Enter the email address linked to your account and choose "Request Reset Link"
Check your email, click on the password reset link, and update your password.
It may take up to 5 minutes to receive an email with password reset instructions. If you do not receive an email:
You may have used a different email when you signed up.
You may have a legacy account and need to set up a password first. Please log in using your profile's email address and PIN to be taken to the "Upgrade your Account" form to set a password for your account.
You may not have created an account yet. This is common if you get Music Choice from your cable provider.
You may not need a Music Choice account to listen! Music Choice accounts are only created when you use your cable account credentials to log in and listen via our Mobile or Smart TV apps, or want to purchase an add-on subscription through the Music Choice app on your set top box. You will be unable to log into our dashboard (https://goto.musicchoice.com) until you choose to do either of the above.
