Creating a profile on TV is not a requirement, but it will allow you to filter content for parental controls, including setting up KIDS profiles. It also allows you to take advantage of our personalization features, like favorites, that allow you to save your favorite videos, artists, channels, playlists, and more across all platforms. Creating a profile on mobile devices is a requirement. Your profile allows for us to provide on-the-go access to premium content.

On TV: Navigate to the top of the Music Choice experience, select Profiles, then select Add Profiles.

On Mobile: Click the upper right profile icon. Select Switch Profile, then Add Profile.
