How do I cancel my Music Choice subscription?

Cancellation instructions vary depending on your method of purchase. Scroll down to find your billing provider.


This information applies only to paid Music Choice subscriptions. Customers who receive Music Choice through their cable TV provider do not pay a subscription fee for the core Music Choice service, but only for add-on services. If you wish to cancel your add-on service, please refer to the help section for that specific product.


 

If you paid for your subscription through Music Choice:

  • Visit https://goto.musicchoice.com/account and sign in with your account credentials.

  • You will be taken to the Account page. Scroll to the Subscriptions section and click on the blue "View Details" button

  • To cancel your entire Music Choice subscription, including any add-ons: scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription"

  • If you would like to cancel an add-on but keep your Music Choice subscription: click the cancel button located underneath the add-on you wish to cancel.


If you paid for your subscription through your VIZIO account:

If you don't know how you paid for your subscription:

  • Visit https://goto.musicchoice.com/account and sign in with your account credentials.

  • You will be taken to the Account page. Scroll to the Subscriptions section and click on the blue "View Details" button.

  • If you see a "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the page, you can simply click it to cancel your entire Music Choice subscription, including any add-ons.

  • If you see that you have purchased a subscription through one of our billing partners such as VIZIO or Apple, you will need to cancel through them.


If you are receiving charges on your cable bill:

Because Music Choice does not bill you for this service, you will need to cancel through your cable provider. Please follow the instructions below. If you experience issues related to billing, please contact your cable provider's customer service. ​
