The app is asking for a PIN but I’ve never had a PIN

Creating a PIN is now a requirement on Music Choice mobile devices.

When you download our app, you must first create a profile; this is where you will create your PIN number. You’ll then connect with your TV provider using your username and password.

If you forgot your pin, select “reset my pin” to receive an email.
