My music video stops when the app is not open on my device

Please be sure that you do not have any power-saving modes enabled. If you’re still experiencing this issue, please restart your device and try again.

If you are still experiencing the issue & “Battery Saver” is not turned on, you can attempt to add Music Choice to the “Not Optimized” app list. To add our app to the “Not Optimized” list:

  • Open the “Settings App”
  • Select “Battery”
  • Click on the three dots on the top of the screen and select “Battery Optimization”
  • Click on “Not Optimized” and select “All Apps”
  • Uncheck Music Choice OR click on Music Choice and select “Don’t Optimize”


Why does the mobile app log me out after a certain period of time?
My mobile app is frozen and/or I’m seeing a spinning wheel that won’t go away. How do I fix this?
